Telugu Cinema News: Reliance Jio has broken records, JIO recorded almost 600 Mbps downloading speed on its 5G network in Delhi whereas, the country’s overall speed hit 500 Mbps in 5G services. Well, according to Ookla’s speed test Intelligence report, telecom operators have been testing their networks and witnessed a wide range of 5G downloading speeds from low 16.27 Mbps to 809.94 Mbps.
On this work front, the operators are still recalibrating their networks, and speeds are expected to be more stable. And these networks will enter the commercial stage. Ookla compared the 5G downloading speeds across the four cities where both Jio and Airtel have built their networks.

According to the reports, in Delhi, the Airtel network reached nearly 200 Mbps download speed at 197.98 Mbps whereas Jio almost broke 600 Mbps (598.58 Mbps).
In Kolkata, 5G median downloading speed diverse the most since June. Airtel’s downloading speed was 33.83 Mbps while Jio had a faster downloading speed at 482.02 Mbps.

Even in Mumbai, Airtel has reached 271.07 Mbps downloading speed compared to Jio’s 515.38 Mbps median download since June, reportedly.
In Varanasi, Airtel achieved a 5G median downloading speed of 516.57 Mbps to Jio’s 485.22 Mbps median downloading speed since June 2022.
As per Ookla’s consumer survey, 89% of Indian smartphone users are ready to upgrade to 5G.
