Telugu Online(TOL)- Immigration News- Apr.1.2010: The Murthy Law Firm is planning to challenge in federal court the USCIS memorandum issued on January 8, 2010 that redefines whether consulting companies can qualify as “employers” for H1-B purposes. We are currently seeking plaintiffs for this lawsuit.
Please consider joining this effort to challenge the USCIS memo if you are a company that has been denied an H1-B visa and one of the reasons given by USCIS was that you did not demonstrate a qualifying employer-employee relationship with the H1-B worker. The denial would need to be dated after the date of the USCIS memorandum, which is January 8, 2010.If you are interested in learning more about this process, please send an eMail with your contact information to (corporate@murthy.com) and an attorney from our office will get back to you.
